Korey Aukerman

Hi there! I’m Korey, a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach who enjoys traveling to new races, pushing myself to the limits, and being a resource that anyone can lean on. With over 20 years of swimming experience and multiple achievements, including 4x 70.3 World Championships appearances and numerous age group wins, I have developed a profound love for the sport.

My journey into triathlon began with a promise that I would complete what I initially thought was impossible: a full Ironman. After joining a triathlon club and fully immersing myself in the sport, I discovered an incredible community. This community, characterized by its grit, selflessness, and kindness, helped me overcome countless challenges.

As a coach, I strive to provide the same support and encouragement to others. I’m passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals and experience the joy and fulfillment of their athletic journey. Whether you're a pro triathlete or just starting, I am here to guide, support, and inspire you on your journey.

Patrick Butkovich

Hi! My name is Patrick, and I have spent a lifetime racing, competing, and learning what it takes to be a successful athlete. As a multi-time HS state champion, former collegiate swimmer at Florida State, and Ironman 70.3 World Championships qualifier, I have competed on a variety of stages. In college, I focused on the 1500-meter freestyle as my main event but joke that the event "was not long enough," which led me to Triathlon. I bring 5+ years of coaching experience and over 20+ years of swimming experience that I pour into my athletes every day.

As a coach, I take an analytical approach with a focus on teaching my athletes not only what the workouts are, but why they are doing them and how to execute them to the best of their abilities.

I also focus on helping athletes build confidence in the water. Teaching beginner swimmers how to feel relaxed, master technique, and develop a winning mindset every time they step into the pool or open water is my favorite part of coaching.

From beginner to elite athlete, I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to compete, push themselves to a higher standard every day, and find joy in the process.

Eric Delone

My name is Eric, and I’m a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach with 10+ years of triathlon experience. I did my first sprint tri on a whim, but after a year of training with a plan, I saw results quickly and caught the Tri bug!

Since then, I've raced across all distances, produced some great results (3x 70.3 Worlds Qualifier, Kona 2026 Qualifier, 2x USAT All-American) while balancing work/life balance with a wife, 2 young kids, and a dog. I enjoy all endurance sports and have ventured into swimming, cycling, and running events as well.

I've also served as President for T3 Philly Multisport where I helped grow our club from 125 to 200+ members open to new and experienced alike. In 2025, I joined Top Gunz Tri Team for competitive/elite age groupers, where I have continued to learn from others who are at the top of the amateur field.

As I focus more on coaching, I apply my athlete experience and knowledge to help other athletes discover what they are capable of in triathlon and achieve their goals.
